Snow Day!

Yesterday a three days of raining culminated with a a 24 hour snow storm hitting the district. Snow totals hit almost 5 inches here in SW DC and most of the city was shutdown for almost two days. I unfortunately can work from home but Rachel and I wandered to Chipotle for lunch and ran into the most beautiful sites along with participants of the sled in!

Hi friends, I hope you've had a wonderful week and weekend. I've been recuperating from the wedding last weekend and have been enjoying the time off after quite a few busy weekends!

Virginia Wedding

This past weekend two of my friends and colleagues got married at a beautiful Stevenson Ridge in beautiful Spotsylvania, Virginia. A friend and I were honored to help coordinate this special day for them. There were moments when we thought that the ceremony would be rained out but it cleared up in just the nick of time. The love that Peter and Joanna have for their friends and family was so apparent throughout the night. I am looking forward to seeing what the Lord does in their lives in the upcoming years. Congratulations Peter and Joanna!
